Communications & Digital Administrator
What will the role look like?
As Communications and Digital Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation’s communications activity and digital offer. Working closely with the Communications Coordinator, the successful candidate will engage stakeholders with key information, helping to highlight the day-to-day operations and impact of Barca-Leeds in a professional, efficient and proactive manner.
You’ll play a key part in representing Barca‑Leeds professionally, ensuring stakeholders receive timely, clear and well‑presented information.
What we are looking for?
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong digital and communication skills who can support our busy communications team and help showcase the impact of Barca‑Leeds. You’ll be confident using digital tools, creating clear and engaging content, managing social media activity and maintaining accurate records across our systems.
With a professional and friendly approach, you’ll enjoy working with colleagues and external stakeholders, handling a variety of tasks from newsletter support to website updates, and contributing to the smooth running of day‑to‑day communications across the organisation.
