  • The important work we do at Barca-Leeds would not be possible without our dedicated team of support staff. Our Senior Management Team, Leadership and Core Team are central to managing our services.

Senior Leadership Team

Comprising of CEO - Helen Hart, Finance and HR Director - Sue Dean and 3 Operational Directors, Bill Owen, Laura Whittaker and Paula Gardner.  Together they believe Barca is powered by our people; who bring their values to work, creating an inclusive enviroment for all.

Communications and Business Development

A small team provides our Communications and Business Development functions which enable Barca-Leeds to promote and continue to develop our services effectively.

Support services

Responsibility for working as part of a team committed to ensuring best practice is delivered on all matters that relate to administration, facilities, buildings and support services and ensuring clear communication is disseminated throughout the organisation.

Finance

The finance department provides quality finance and payroll support services including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial analysis, reporting and processing staff salaries.

HR

Our HR team play a key part in recruiting employees, volunteers, trustees and students at Barca Leeds. The team support throughout the employee life cycle including hiring, training and development and looking after the general wellbeing of our employees.
