Join Barca-Leeds, and help a values-led counselling and wellbeing service run safely, smoothly, and effectively. This varied administration role is ideal for someone who is organised, approachable and confident handling sensitive information, and who wants their work to make a positive difference for adults, children, young people, and families across Leeds.
What we are looking for?
The post holder will join a multi-site team of employed counsellors, volunteers and student placement professionals who provide therapeutic and support interventions to adults, young people, and children across Leeds. Services are commissioned and grant funded and are delivered primarily within communities in West and South Leeds. The post will be based at Manor House in Bramley, with occasional attendance at other Barca-Leeds premises. The Counselling and Wellbeing Team works in partnership with education, third sector and local authority stakeholders. The service is BACP accredited, and the team works within the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions 2026 to provide safe, credible, and effective interventions for adults, children, young people, and families whose experiences may be shaped by intersecting inequalities and disadvantage.
This is a fixed term contract role until 31/03/2027.
The salary shown for this role is the full time equivalent and will be pro-rated to working hours. Which will be 18 hours across 3 or 4 days per week either Monday - Thursday or Tuesday-Thursday. Other days of working may be considered for an exceptional candidate
