Family Support Worker
A fantastic opportunity to join our Children, Young People and Families team.
What will the role look like?
The priority for the Schools Family Support Worker is to ensure that families are helped to overcome barriers which prevent children, young people and family members in achieving positive outcomes. This is particularly in relation to service users overcoming barriers which prevent or reduce engagement with learning and attendance at school as well as engaging with other services to address a wide range of needs that the family may present with.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience of working with vulnerable children and young people. They will also have experience of working within a whole family approach as well as the skills to manage a client caseload.
This is a fixed term contract role until 01/08/2027.
