Young Person's Community Support Navigator
Join our Navigators team at Barca Leeds!
This role is for a fixed term of 3 years from when the successful applicant starts in post.
What will the role look like?
Barca Navigators work in an outreach capacity supporting young people aged 18-25 who at risk of becoming homeless and rough sleeping. Young people can often find themselves excluded from existing provision and struggle to navigate pathways in order to address their wider support needs.
What we are looking for?
Someone with appropriate life or job experience, to work with small caseloads building relationships and supporting clients' personal and social skills. We are looking for someone motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to community clearly and concisely.
