Counselling and Wellbeing Service Manager
This is an exciting time to join the team as we look to build on our learning from a number of successful community wellbeing pilots over the last 18 months.

What will the role look like?
To lead, and manage, the Counselling & well being portfolio of services and ensure effective operational delivery which meets the needs of individuals and local communities. To support the sustainable development of the service managing positive relationships with contractors and commissioners to develop new business.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of managing & leading multiple projects or whole service area – health and well being, community or equivalent. We are looking for someone with a high level of understanding of client safeguarding and a good level of third sector mental health services.
