Employability Support Worker
BARCA Leeds is excited to be recruiting a new team to support economically inactive people to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from working.
What will the role look like?
You will be supporting economically inactive adults including parents, carers and those experiencing health, social and economic barriers entering the workforce.
The role will include identifying and managing the barriers that have led them to being economically inactive and help them overcome these barriers and identify pathways back to employment through education, training or directly helping them get back into work.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for a part-time Employability Support Worker to join the team on a 22.5 hours a week role.
Candidates must be skilled in recognising and addressing barriers to work and have experience in this area or a similar field, as well as experience of supporting children, young people and families.
