As a children and young person’s social prescriber I’ve expanded my knowledge on services and groups across Leeds. I’ve developed my skills and experience working on the project as well as my confidence, this has enabled me to build effective relationships with the service users and professionals. I enjoy working within a positive, small close knit team I’ve always felt supported by other team members, my mangers and the other professionals working within Barca Leeds.
