Since I’ve begun working at Barca I have been welcomed by everyone I’ve met and I’ve felt included in the wider Barca team which is lovely considering Barca is so big and runs so many projects. The regular induction briefings supports well in this process. There is also a lot of opportunity to get involved with the wider team outside of our smaller project teams which is great.
