I love the work that BOST do, I am proud to work for BOST and proud of our team. I love the sense of belonging I have since starting with Barca and how achievements are celebrated. Within Barca I feel more than just a number, but feel valued as an individual and what I can bring to the organisation. There is an ethos that everyone genuinely wants to make a difference to the people we support and are happy to share information to help achieve the best possible outcomes.

Working in this team is a very positive experience and my manager is always supportive. There is a good team morale and we overcome challenges together to make others feel physically and mentally safer.
